LIVE MUSIC SUBMISSIONS

We host live music every Tuesday evening and periodically on other days for special events. We receive literally dozens of inquiries every month, are limited on frequency due to our licensing, and there are several factors we must consider when booking live acts in our space/atmosphere.

If we feel booking is a strong win/win fit for us both, we will contact you. Because we receive as many submissions as we do, we kindly ask that you refrain from submitting repeat submissions.

For consideration, please email murphystage@steelbenderbrewyard.com with the following information included.

• EPK (if available)

• Links to live performances, website, your social media profiles (we ask that all artists help cross-promote performances on their social media channels)

• Rates for 2 to 2.5 hours (keeping in mind that we provide up to three free beers and a meal per band member)

  Note that we are currently booked through early summer, 2025.

DONATION REQUESTS

We are honored to be part of one of the most charitable industries on the planet! As such, we receive dozens of requests for donations and sponsorships every month, big & small. And while we’d love to say yes to every request, it simply isn’t feasible.

For consideration, please email all relevant information including the date of your event (we must receive your request one month prior to event), non-profit status, the details of your request, point of contact, etc. to beerhall@steelbenderbrewyard.com.

If we decide to participate, we will contact you to begin the process.
