Just like all DYNAMITE pastry sours, brewed with two-row, Munich, wheat, and acidulated malts, hopped with Magnum, kettle soured, boiled with lactose, and fermented with our house European Ale yeast. Pure pineapple puree is added to the fermentation making for a sunny yellow color, sweet pineapple flavor, subtle creaminess, and tropical tanginess.

A delicate, semi-sweet lager brewed with lots of jasmine rice to give a silky smooth mouth feel and a sparkling, dry finish. Dip-hopped with Contessa hops to extract their tea-like quality along with some subtle pear aroma and flavor.

Copper-colored and full of gingerbread goodness, Ale Witch is brewed with molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and a touch of cardamom. Our not-so-traditional pumpkin spice adds a lingering spicy finish to a medium-bodied strong ale brewed as a spooky-good Autumn sipper.
