A delicate, semi-sweet lager brewed with lots of jasmine rice to give a silky smooth mouth feel and a sparkling, dry finish. Dip-hopped with Contessa hops to extract their tea-like quality along with some subtle pear aroma and flavor.

Copper-colored and full of gingerbread goodness, Ale Witch is brewed with molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and a touch of cardamom. Our not-so-traditional pumpkin spice adds a lingering spicy finish to a medium-bodied strong ale brewed as a spooky-good Autumn sipper.

Our fall seasonal DYNAMITE pastry sour is brewed with two-row, Munich, wheat, and acidulated malts, hopped with Magnum, kettle soured, boiled with lactose, fermented with our house European Ale yeast and packed with blackberry puree. Sweet, tart, JAMMY goodness. ⁠

For those who love the complex and rich goodness of a Scotch Ale but to a more sessionable strength, this Nigel Scottish Ale is for you! Lower in ABV and lighter in body than a Scotch Ale, Nigel is easy drinking with caramel, chocolate, and dark fruit notes. Only 5.9% ABV. But flavor that goes to 11.

Brewed for our friends at Teddy Roe’s, POLICY IPA is a juicy IPA–crushable but with a respectable ABV–boasting flavors of sweet candied orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and stone fruit with a soft mouthfeel and balanced resinous finish.
