We teamed up with our new friends at Cutbow Coffee to bring you this coffee forward Porter. We cold steeped a generous amount of freshly roasted Ethiopian and Kenyan beans and added the resultant elixir to our Porter. The combination yields a dark brown, medium bodied, brew with prevalent coffee notes and a beautiful melange of fruits from both yeast and beans. A restrained level of carbonation and medium, dry finish provide a final complement to this collaboration.
