Sour cherries steal the show in our summer DYNAMITE pastry sour. The same great sweet tart balance is achieved through kettle souring and lactose addition in the boil. This is a pretty one, boasting a pale orange-y pink color. Floral notes like fruit grabbed right off the tree and deep cherry flavor.
