Named after a whirlwind 12-hour trip to Vegas, Freddy’s Got Twenty is a robust Imperial Stout brewed with Bravo and Cascade hops, and copious amounts of roasted and dark crystal malts. This batch we aged for 15 months in Driftless Glen Bourbon De Naranja barrels. Pouring jet black, Freddy’s boasts notes of chocolate, dark fruit, and citrus notes from the orange infused-sherry bourbon barrels. A complex, extremely full-bodied brew with moderate to low carbonation for one deceptively smooth stout.

The Judy began as a Saison brewed with rose hips, lemongrass, and lemon verbena, and was fermented with our house Belgian yeast. We then aged it for a year in a Chardonnay barrel with fresh local peaches and a mix of Brett cultures. Effervescent, spunky, and dry, with beautifully balanced peach. citrus, and Brett bursting out of the glass with the help of prickly carbonation. 6.5% ABV | 5 IBU

Notes of spiced rum and rum raisin cake steal the show in this exquisitely spiced strong ale with a lingering warm, ginger finish. Aged in Queen’s Share rum barrels for a year showcases the spice and adds a touch of complexity to an already great brew.
